Delhi to witness relief from intense heat as IMD predicts rain

Heatwave conditions have arrived earlier than expected in Delhi and across parts of northwest and central India. The IMD has issued a six-day alert, with temperatures in New Delhi expected to hit 40°C. Gujarat’s Saurashtra-Kutch region is also under a heatwave warning.
