Dr Umar Mohammad, the suicide bomber behind the deadly car explosion near Delhi's Red Fort, was engaged in grooming and radicalizing young attackers as part of a larger "white-collar terror" network. Investigations reveal that Dr Umar, an Assistant Professor at Al-Falah University in Faridabad, worked closely with his aide Amir Rashid Ali to plan and execute the attack.
