Delhi Blast: NIA arrests second 'active co-conspirator' of car bomber

The arrested accused, identified as Jasir Bilal Wani alias Danish, was detained in Srinagar by an NIA team. According to the agency, Jasir allegedly provided technical support for terror activities by modifying drones and attempting to build rockets ahead of the attack.
