Cyclone Montha: Cyclone has intensified into a severe cyclonic storm over the Bay of Bengal, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issuing a red alert for coastal Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. The cyclone is expected to make landfall near Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, bringing heavy to very heavy rainfall and strong winds up to 110 km/h.
