Coastal city Huludao in China on high alert after COVID-19 surge
China is applying a zero tolerance approach towards the pandemic. A coastal city in the eastern end of country is conducting mass virus testing after a small outbreak was reported in the region, 43 locally transmitted covid-19 cases were recorded so the Chinese authorities rushed to impose restrictions the 2.75 million residents have been put under a strict travel curb.
