Brazil will import a record quantity of Russian fuel this month. That will strengthen Russia's position as Latin America's leading supplier as Moscow develops new markets after a European union boycott. Energy analytics company Kpler ltd. predicts a 25% increase in Russian petroleum imports to 235,000 barrels a day by July.
