Alexander Lukashenko, the president of Belarus, will make a state visit to China on February 28, the Chinese foreign ministry announced on Saturday. Vladimir Putin's close buddy Lukashenko supported Moscow's invasion of Ukraine because Belarus is politically and economically dependent on its neighbour.
