Californians are getting their lockdown locks tended to outdoors from Tuesday (July 21), in accordance with new protocols introduced by Governor Gavin Newsom. Barbershops re-opened in May but as cases of the coronavirus surged across the state, Newsom ordered on Monday (July 20) that personal care businesses could stay open but only if they moved their operations outside.
