Afghanistan's cricket team gets funding from ICC

The International Cricket Council has finally responded to the pleas of Afghanistan's women cricketers who were forced to flee the country. That's following the Taliban takeover in 2021. The ICC has now formed a task force to support them with funding, coaching and also the kinds of facilities.
