<p>As a result, a lot of us today are stressed and anxious. The coronavirus pandemic has taken a toll on our mental health and we are not talking about it.</p>

<p>Just because we cannot quantify stress or put numbers to panic, does not mean we do not acknowledge it.</p>

<p>Mental health is as important to coping with the coronavirus, as are improving infrastructure or spreading awareness.</p>

<p>Let's look at ways we can deal with it.</p>

In an Instagram story both Richa and Ali posted, he is seen bantering with his fiancé. Their conversation will have one in splits. Evidently missing each other, the video has Ali lying on his couch and Richa on hers as they discuss the information around Covid 19. “I hate cooking but I am doing it three times a day,” Richa says. Ali asks her, “Are you washing your hands?” They ask each other if they are taking their vitamin supplements. “<em>Mere paas Vitamins D-3, B-12 hai, tumhare paas kya hai,” </em>asks Richa in a Deewar-like dialogue.<br />

With the video, the couple sends out a message of checking on your loved ones constantly at a time of social distancing.</p>

Gadot posted a video where she can be seen talking about her six days of self-quarantine and how the isolation has led her to feel "philosophical" about the global nature of the pandemic. In the video clip, the 34-year-old actor said she was inspired by a viral video from Italy, where the entire country is on lockdown, and an Italian man played 'Imagine' on his trumpet to his neighbours. Gadot then goes on to sing the opening lines of John Lenon's classic 'Imagine' and is later joined by numerous actors including Natalie Portman, Mark Ruffalo, Sarah Silverman, James Marsden, Kristen Wiig, and Amy Adams. How coronavirus has taught us 'social distancing'

<p>As the world practices social distancing in the time of spread of coronavirus pandemic, celebs like Justin Bieber and wife Hailey Baldwin are holed up in their homes joining a long list of actors, drectors, pop stars and more who are taking precautions via self quarantine.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Currently in self isolation in Canada, that is Justin Bieber’s home country, the coupel have been sharing glimpses of what their quarantine looks like.&nbsp;</p>

<p>One particular thing that catches our attention is their pictures that have made way to the social media. Like one in which Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin can be seen kissing. Justin shared the picture titled “My Quarantine Partner”. What makes the photo visually beautiful, is their kiss in front of snow while they are cozily wrapped in colourful, warm clothes.</p>
