<p>The report further reveales that a huge set has been built for this dance number and about a hundred Brazilian dancers will also feature in the song, which will have a carnival set up. The song will be choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchent.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;Apart from Prabhas the film also features Shraddha Kapoor who makes her debut in south cinema with this film. Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh is playing the antagonist in the film. The action film has a mammoth budget of Rs 150 crores and Chunky Panday, Jackie Shroff, Mandira Bedi, Mahesh Manjrekar also play key roles in the film.&nbsp;</p>

For many years the actor has been linked to Trisha but both have denied being involved. But on Sunday night, the actor admitted that they did date for a very brief period of time.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"She's been a friend of mine from a decade. We have been friends for very long and dated for a little time. But I guess, things didn't work out."&nbsp;When Karan asked if he was single, he said 'Yes' and when he was asked if Trisha is single, Rana stated he didn't know.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Karan also quizzed about Prabhas and Anushka Shetty's alleged affair which the actor denied and Rana vouched for it. Prabhas maintained that Anushka and he were friends for the past 8 years and they were never romantically involved.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The host asked Rajamouli on who he thought would get married first. Rajamouli said Rana was likely to get married before Prabhas. Calling Prabhas lazy, Rajamouli said, "Rana is so structured everything has to be broken into structures and pieces for him. His whole life is like 1-10 years, 10-15 years, 15-20 years. There were a lot of firsts; Arjun Kapoor appeared on the show with sister Janhvi, Kajol, a regular on the show, came with her husband Ajay Devgn, while Alia and Deepika shared the couch for the first time.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Now, Johar reportedly has asked Baahubali trio- actor Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and filmmaker SS Rajamouli to grace his show. Johar was the presenter of the two 'Baahbubali'films, has been keen to get to get the team on his show owing to their immense popularity. A source told a daily, "Given that they are the minds behind the biggest Indian film and have gained pan-India popularity, KJo wanted them to feature on the show. Prabhas, who is otherwise media-shy, agreed to make an appearance only as a mark of his respect for Karan. The episode will be shot later this month. Prabhas, Rana and Rajamouli will trace the journey of Baahubali while revealing several interesting nuggets that the audience may not be aware of.”</p>

<p>In another shocking industry update, Prabhas and Rana Daggubati starrer “Baahubali: The Conclusion” continues to perform poorly at the Chinese box office, similar to the response that the first of the series “Baahubali: The Beginning” garnered in the foreign market. It has been five days now since the release of the mega-hit film releasing in China as it released on May 4 after it worked its magic in the Japanese market.&nbsp;</p>

"Shraddha is a very hard-working actor and she is very comfortable (on the sets). Most of the actresses I have worked with have started their career in South and then shifted to Bollywood. Shraddha is already a Bollywood star, but she is very dedicated," he said. Shraddha, 30, today started shooting for some of the action sequences for the film in Hyderabad. Prabhas, who is currently in Los Angeles, will be joining her around January 5 for a month-long schedule. "The team has till now shot for almost 40-45 days. We will start shooting for the major action sequences soon. We are planning to release the film next year. But we will be able to finalise the exact date depending on the progress of the film," he added. A UV Creations production, Saaho is produced by Vamsi and Pramod. Directed by Sujeeth, the project is being filmed at striking locations in India and abroad.

Baahubali 2 becomes first Indian movie to earn Rs 1,500 crore worldwide

<p>The media would like us to believe that Baahubali 2 and Dangal are neck-to-neck in a race for the top spot at the box office. Stories of Baahubali 2 beating Dangal proved to be premature and the latter&rsquo;s success in China indicates that the bets are still open.</p>

<p>Being the products of two very different film industries, and having been released months apart from each other, these films are not competing with each other on any level. On the contrary, both are parts of the same unfolding story of Indian entertainment industries&rsquo; survival strategies in the present time. An important element of the story is the search for new markets. The success of both films suggests that dubbing is an important strategy for expanding beyond domestic markets.</p>

<p>Dubbing films into other languages is a well-established practice in India in general and South India in particular. Paidipaala, one of the leading authorities in the Telugu cinema industry, points out that roughly 2300 films dubbed from other languages were released in Telugu alone till 2010. This figure accounts for close to one-third of the total number of films released in that language. He also notes that the practice of dubbing films from one Indian language into another dates back to the 1930s. Therefore, one can say that dubbed films are almost as old as the talkie itself in India.</p>

<p>Till the 1990s, much of the dubbing traffic in the industry was among the four major south Indian languages, namely, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Dubbing into and from Hindi was rare. The success of the Hindi dubbed version of Roja, directed by Mani Ratnam in 1992, secured national recognition for the film&rsquo;s director. However, it was not Mani Ratnam&rsquo;s hit but the entry of Hollywood into the picture that disrupted the steady state economics of dubbing.</p>

<p>The viewers of independent India grew up watching Hollywood and other imported films in English, a language most of them never understood. Of course, lack of comprehension of English did not prevent Indian viewers from claiming Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Sylvester Stallone as their idols. At the same time, the share of international films at the Indian box office remained to be only a tiny fraction. This situation, however, changed with the release of Jurassic Park (1993) in India in 1994. Film researcher Nitin Govil points out in his book, <em>Orienting Hollywood: A Century of Film Culture Between Los Angeles and Bombay,</em>&nbsp;that Jurassic Park was released in India&nbsp;with 110 prints&mdash;an impressive number for those days. Of these, 82 prints were in Indian languages.</p>

Much of the credit for the replication of Hollywood&rsquo;s strategy goes to Rajnikanth, whose 2007 Tamil film Sivaji did so well in the original Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions that a Hindi version was released in 2010. Needless to add, that version too did well at the box office. S. Shankar, the director of Sivaji, teamed up with Rajnikanth to make Enthiran, which was simultaneously released in Tamil and Telugu and Hindi as well.</p>

<p>Enthiran, or Robot&mdash;the Hindi dubbed version, was a game changer: it was perhaps the first film released after the 1950s to have competed at the box office with the top-line productions of different languages across the country. In Karnataka, where there is an unofficial ban on dubbing into Kannada, all three versions of the film were released. It is not difficult to see how much the two Baahubali films owe to the pioneering efforts of the Rajnikant-Shankar duo. Indeed, productions on the scale of Baahubali could not&nbsp;have been attempted if it wasn&rsquo;t for the possibility of tapping into markets that are opened up by dubbing.</p>

However, its focus was largely on overseas viewers, and justifiably so because they usually pay a much higher price per ticket.
