Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Sunny Leone: Every Indian actor at Madame Tussauds wax museum ever

Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu is the latest Indian celebrity to have got a place at the pretigious Madame Tussauds wax museum. Over the years, many of the prominent actors from India have found a place at famous wax museum. Here's a look at all the Indian actors who have wax statues at Madame Tussauds. 

Amitabh Bachchan

'Shehanshah' of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan was the first Indian actor to get his wax statute at the famous Madame Tussauds London museum. The actor was, in fact, the first Asian actor to find a place at the London museum. The star also has his statue in Bangkok, Hong Kong, San Francisco, and many other places.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Owing to her global fame, Aishwarya Rai was the second Indian actor to get a wax statue at the London museum. Her statue was unveiled way back in 2004 making her the first Indian heroine to have a wax statue at the museum. In 2013 she got another wax statue in New York which is inspired from her look at the Cannes Film Festival, 2010. The former Miss World has her statues at several museums all over the world, including one in India at the Madame Tussauds Museum, Delhi.

Shah Rukh Khan

If Shehahshah had found a place at the museum, how could the Badshah be left behind. Back in 2007, Shah Rukh Khan became the third Indian actor to get his wax replica at the museum. Over the years, the actor's statue has undergone several changes and placed in several museums across the world including Madame Tussauds Delhi.

Salman Khan

After being voted as the seventh most handsome man in the world by People Magazine, Salman Khan was immortalised by Madame Tussauds in 2008 in London. In 2012 another statue of Salman Khan was unveiled in New York center of the museum.

Hrithik Roshan

The wax replica of Hrithik Roshan was installed in Madame Tussauds London in 2011. Voted as world’s third sexiest man in a poll, Hrithik Roshan's statue is also the most kissed statue at the museum. The actor's wax replica is dressed according to Roshan's character in 'Dhoom 2' and can be seen flaunting six pack abs in a pink shirt and blue denims.

Kareena Kapoor Khan

Kareena Kapoor Khan was the second Bollywood actress after Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to get her wax replica at Madame Tussauds back in 2011. The wax statue was styled after Kareena's character in 'Jab We Met'.  Later, in 2014, another wax statue of the actress was unveiled in Singapore which was styled after her look in the song “Chammak Challo” from the movie 'Ra. One'. Kareena's statue is present at Madame Tussauds, Delhi dressed in a white saree.

Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri Dixit had her statue unveiled in London in 2012. The statue of the Dhak Dhak girl is dressed in a mesmerizing pink saree. Madhuri's wax statue is part of Madame Tussauds in Delhi as well.

Katrina Kaif

In 2015, Katrina Kaif got a place at the Madame Tussauds London. Her look in London is inspired by her famous song "Sheela Ki Jawani” from the movie 'Tees Maar Khan'. Her statue is placed at the Delhi museum as well.

Anil Kapoor

Anil Kapoor shot to international fame after the success of 'Slumdog Millionaire'. So it was natural that his wax statue would be styled around the character he played in the film. The actor's wax replica was first unveiled at the Singapore museum in 2017 and later it found a place in Delhi as well in 2018.

Kajol

Kajol and her daughter Nysa unveiled her wax statue in 2018 at Madame Tussauds Singapore museum. The actress' wax statue dazzles in a navy blue gown.

Varun Dhawan

Varun Dhawan's wax statue is as flamboyant as the actor himself. Placed at the Hong Kong Museum, the statue also falunts six-pack abs.

Ranbir Kapoor

Another Kapoor who has found a place at the famous museum is Ranbir Kapoor whose wax statues are placed in Delhi and Singapore. The wax figure of the actor is fashion around his character Bunny from the super hit movie 'Ye Jawani Hai Diwani'.

Madhubala

Late actress Madhubala has been immortalised by Madame Tussauds, Delhi. Considered one of the most beautiful women in the world, Madhubala's wax statue is fashioned around her iconic role as Anarkali in the movie 'Mughal-e -Azam' and is placed in Madame Tussauds in Delhi.

Anushka Sharma

Anushka Sharma's wax statue in Singapore is the first ever interactive statute at Madame Tussauds where fans can click selfie with Anushka's wax replica. Anushka’s life-like figure holds a phone personally inviting visitors to snap a selfie with her, which can be digitally shared with friends and family. It was unveiled in 2018.

Prabhas

After the stupendous success of 'Bahubali', Prabhas became the first actor from south India to get his wax replica at Madame Tussauds. Placed in Singapore, the replica is fashioned around the actor's character in the iconic film. It was unveiled in 2017.

Sunny Leone unveiled her wax replica in Delhi in 2018. The wax replica is dressed in a black off-shoulder outfit and looks as gorgeous as the actress herself.

Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone recently unveiled her wax figure at Madame Tussauds London. Her husband, Ranveer Singh and the couple were present during the unveiling ceremony. Deepika's wax figure, many state, has the most resemblance to the star. The wax model is dressed in Sabyasachi Mukherjee outfit.

Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu has become the second actor from south to have his wax replica at the Madame Tussauds, Singapore. The actor unveiled the statue on Monday in Hyderabad where fans got a glimpse of the statue before it was taken to Singapore for installation.
