Barbie is the ultimate doll. Anything a Ken can do, she can do better, and that too while wearing killer pink heels. The recently released Barbie movie is all the craze right now, and it seems like renowned girl's education activist Malala Yousafzai isn't lagging far behind the trend.

These posters showcase Barbie in her various different personas, from president, doctor, to astronaut and a Nobel Prize winner in Physics, while her partner is promoted as "just Ken". The Pakistani Nobel Prize winner went on to say that she and her husband 'loved the movie'. "We loved the movie, it was so funny and thoughtful, I hope this caption doesn’t hurt all the Kens as much as the movie Ken." Joining the fun, her husband commented on Instagram, "I'm Kenough." 'He's just Ken': Malala Yousafzai jumps on the Barbie bandwagon

Recently, Elon Musk's long-planned transformation of Twitter into X was successful. The business has been eliminating anything that makes people think of the previous Bird app over the past few days. However, the tech giant's App Store remained a problem for X because it normally disallows single-letter titles.

Twitter's new name live on the app store

<p>A terrifying yet amazing&nbsp;drone footage captured by a fisherman has revealed the&nbsp;moment a shark attacked his friend's boat, off the Palm Beach coast in Florida, USA.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Josh Jorgensen, known for producing videos for the popular BlacktipH Fishing YouTube channel, posted the footage on his Instagram account, leaving viewers shocked at the sheer power of the&nbsp;apex predator.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>While flying the drone. Jorgensen filmed two large cobia swimming alongside a bull shark. Since cobia is regarded as one of the best-tasting fishes in the ocean,&nbsp;Jorgensen's friend&nbsp;revved his boat and went into&nbsp;the waters to catch the fish.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“I was flying my drone at the beach and spotted two huge cobia swimming with a bull shark.&nbsp;Cobia is one of the best-tasting&nbsp;fish in the ocean.&nbsp; So, I called my buddy Carl, and he raced over to try to catch them," said&nbsp;Jorgensen.</p>

<p>While&nbsp;Jorgensen piloted the drone, he spotted the bull shark heading towards the boat's stern and ramming itself into the outboard motors and thrashing about the water. Such was the power of the shark that the boat, weighing a few tonnes easily, started shaking.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“The shark attacked the boat five times, swam away and then came back for more.&nbsp; In total, the shark attacked Carl’s boat eight times."</p>

A terrifying yet amazing drone footage captured by a fisherman has revealed the moment a shark attacked his friend's boat, off the Palm Beach coast in Florida, USA. Josh Jorgensen, known for producing videos for the popular BlacktipH Fishing YouTube channel, posted the footage on his Instagram account, leaving viewers shocked at the sheer power of the apex predator. While flying the drone. Jorgensen filmed two large cobia swimming alongside a bull shark. Since cobia is regarded as one of the best-tasting fishes in the ocean, Jorgensen's friend revved his boat and went into the waters to catch the fish. “I was flying my drone at the beach and spotted two huge cobia swimming with a bull shark. Cobia is one of the best-tasting fish in the ocean. So, I called my buddy Carl, and he raced over to try to catch them," said Jorgensen. While Jorgensen piloted the drone, he spotted the bull shark heading towards the boat's stern and ramming itself into the outboard motors and thrashing about the water. Such was the power of the shark that the boat, weighing a few tonnes easily, started shaking. “The shark attacked the boat five times, swam away and then came back for more. In total, the shark attacked Carl’s boat eight times." <p>In Georgia, United States, a man who was likely infected by a brain-eating amoeba has died after potentially catching the rare infection while swimming in a freshwater lake or pond.</p>

<h2>Georgia resident</h2>

<p>As per an NBC News report, the Georgia resident is yet to be identified.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Georgia Department of Public Health, in a statement, said that "a Georgia resident has died from Naegleria fowleri, a rare infection which destroys brain tissue, causing brain swelling and usually death."</p>

<p>"The individual was likely infected while swimming in a freshwater lake or pond in Georgia."</p>

<p>"Though the risk of infection is low, recreational water users should always assume there is a risk when they enter warm freshwater," said the Georgia Department of Public Health.</p>

<p>"If you choose to swim, you can reduce your risk of infection by limiting the amount of water that goes up the nose."</p>

<h2><strong>Recent deaths due to rare amoeba in the United States</strong></h2>

<p>In July, a two-year-old boy from Nevada died from the infection. As per the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioural Health, the little boy likely contracted the infection at a natural hot spring.</p>

<p>Previously, in February, a Florida resident died from the amoeba after doing a sinus rinse with tap water.</p>

<h2><strong>What is it?</strong></h2>

<p>The scientific name for this brain-eating amoeba is 'Naegleria fowleri', and it is a microscopic single-celled organism found in warm freshwater bodies like lakes, rivers and hot springs.</p>

<h2><strong>How does Naegleria fowleri infect people?</strong></h2>

<p>Naegleria fowleri can enter the body via infected water. This can happen when people go swimming, diving or dunk their heads in water contaminated by this amoeba.</p>

<p>The amoeba, as per the United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC), travels up your nose and enters the brain cavity, where it slowly destroys brain tissue and causes a rare but usually fatal infection called Primary amoebic meningoencephalitis (PAM).</p>

<p><strong>Also read |&nbsp;<a href="https://www.wionews.com/science/skorea-reports-first-death-by-naegleria-fowleri-heres-all-you-need-to-know-about-the-brain-eating-amoeba-547004">S.Korea reports first death by Naegleria fowleri. Here's all you need to know about the 'brain-eating amoeba'</a></strong></p>

<p>The disease progresses rapidly, and generally, death happens between one and five days after the infection. In almost 97 per cent of cases, the infection turns fatal.</p>

<p>Currently, no set treatment for the amoeba exists. This is mainly due to the rare nature of this infection. However, a number of drugs were found to be beneficial in the treatment.</p>

In Georgia, United States, a man who was likely infected by a brain-eating amoeba has died after potentially catching the rare infection while swimming in a freshwater lake or pond. Georgia resident As per an NBC News report, the Georgia resident is yet to be identified. The Georgia Department of Public Health, in a statement, said that "a Georgia resident has died from Naegleria fowleri, a rare infection which destroys brain tissue, causing brain swelling and usually death." "The individual was likely infected while swimming in a freshwater lake or pond in Georgia." "Though the risk of infection is low, recreational water users should always assume there is a risk when they enter warm freshwater," said the Georgia Department of Public Health. "If you choose to swim, you can reduce your risk of infection by limiting the amount of water that goes up the nose." Recent deaths due to rare amoeba in the United States In July, a two-year-old boy from Nevada died from the infection. As per the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioural Health, the little boy likely contracted the infection at a natural hot spring. Previously, in February, a Florida resident died from the amoeba after doing a sinus rinse with tap water. What is it? The scientific name for this brain-eating amoeba is 'Naegleria fowleri', and it is a microscopic single-celled organism found in warm freshwater bodies like lakes, rivers and hot springs. How does Naegleria fowleri infect people? Naegleria fowleri can enter the body via infected water. This can happen when people go swimming, diving or dunk their heads in water contaminated by this amoeba. The amoeba, as per the United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC), travels up your nose and enters the brain cavity, where it slowly destroys brain tissue and causes a rare but usually fatal infection called Primary amoebic meningoencephalitis (PAM). West African Regional bloc ECOWAS issued an ultimatum of one week to the military junta that took power in Niger earlier this week to return the country to constitutional normality. Similar scenes had played out in Mali and Burkina Faso, two of Niger’s neighbours, in recent years. A so-called “coup belt” of countries run by juntas and racked by conflict now stretches all the way from Mali in the west through the Central African Republic and Sudan in the east. Despite sanctions from regional blocs, what can save this region from further turmoil? WION's Eric Njoka talks to Dr. Oluwole Ojewale, security expert and regional coordinator for Central Africa at the institute for security studies in Dakar, Senegal.
