Similarly, India's revenue share has increased from 14.8 percent&nbsp;to 15.8 percent, further solidifying its presence as a key player in the global economy.</p>

<p>Police in India's Jammu and Kashmir arrested a terrorist belonging to Lashkar-e-Taeba outfit, officials said on Saturday.</p>

<p>"On specific information regarding the movement of terrorists in village Nagbal Chandoosa, a joint MVCP was established by Police &amp; Army (52RR) at Shranz Crossing Nagbal Chandoosa. During checking, one suspected person who was coming from Shrunz towards Nagbal Chandoosa tried to flee after noticing a joint naka party but was apprehended tactfully," a police spokesperson said in an official statement.</p>

<p>The arrested terrorist has been identified as Mohd Ashraf Mir, a resident of Laridoora Chandoosa locality, reports in the local media said.</p>

<p>India's top anti-terror agency National Investigation Agency (NIA) busted an ISIS-linked terror module on Saturday, May 27. The NIA arrested three people in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh following overnight raids at 13 locations in Jabalpur, over 800 km south of New Delhi.</p>

<p>The arrests were made in an intelligence-led joint operation with the Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) of Madhya Pradesh Police.</p>

<p>An official cited by Press Trust of India&nbsp;identified the arrested trio as Syed Mamoor Ali, Mohammad Adil Khan and Mohammad Shahid. The three of them will reportedly be&nbsp;produced before the NIA special court in Bhopal, the state capital of Madhya Pradesh.</p>

<p>A host of sharp-edged weapons, ammunition (including prohibited bore), incriminating documents and digital devices were also seized during the searches, the NIA spokesperson said.</p>

<p>The NIA had, on May 24, registered a case, during its investigations into the pro-ISIS activities of Khan, who came to the agency’s notice in August last year.</p>

<p>"The NIA learnt that he and his associates were involved in disseminating ISIS propaganda through social media platforms, as well as through on-ground 'Dawah' programmes, in order to unleash violent terror attacks in India at the instance of ISIS. The module had been conducting meetings in local masjids and houses and hatching plans and conspiracies to spread terror in the country," the spokesperson said.</p>

<p>The official said the investigations revealed that the three accused were highly radicalised and wanted&nbsp;to carry out violent "jihad".</p>

<p>"They were engaged in collecting funds, disseminating ISIS propaganda material, motivating and recruiting youth, and trying to procure arms and ammunition with the objective of carrying out terrorist acts," the spokesperson said.</p>

<p>The official said Ali had created a local group by the name of ‘Fisabilillah’ and was also operating a WhatsApp group by the same name. "Along with his associates, he was trying to procure pistols and was in contact with a Jabalpur-based illegal arms supplier for this purpose." A staunch ISIS follower and supporter, the NIA said Khan had managed to assemble an active group of Jabalpur-based like-minded radicalised individuals.</p>

<p>"Some of the module members were already contemplating Hijrat (flight) to conflict theatres, while others had plans to form a local outfit for carrying out violent jihad in India," the spokesperson said.</p>

<p>The official said Khan was also running multiple YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp channels for&nbsp;recruiting youth into the ISIS fold.</p>

<p>"Investigations further showed that Shahid had also planned to procure weapons including pistols, improvised explosive devices and even grenades for violent attacks in India," the spokesperson said.</p>

<h2><strong>New parliament row</strong></h2>

<p>Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared that the newly built parliament building would be inaugurated&nbsp;on Sunday (May 28).&nbsp;Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla met the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and invited him to the inauguration of the new parliament building.</p>

<p>As per&nbsp;a Lok Sabha release, the new parliament building in the national capital has been completed and "symbolises the spirit of self-reliance in India"</p>

<p>"The lack of space was being experienced in the current building as per the present requirements. In both the Houses, there was also&nbsp;a lack of convenient arrangements for the sitting of MPs which was affecting the efficiency of the members," the release said.</p>

<p>The current Parliament building was erected in 1927, making it about 100 years old.</p>

<p>The Centre has invited all present members of both houses of Parliament, as well as ministers, secretaries, chief ministers, and administrators of Union Territories for the inauguration.</p>

<h2><strong>Opposition plans boycott</strong></h2>

<p>However, as many as 20 parties have voiced their intention to boycott the event, including the Congress, CPI, AAP, and Trinamool Congress.</p>

<p>In a joint statement, the opposition parties said, “The inauguration of a new parliament building is a momentous occasion. Despite our belief that the government is threatening democracy, and our disapproval of the autocratic manner in which the new parliament was built, we were open to sinking our differences and marking this occasion. However, Prime Minister Modi’s decision to inaugurate the new parliament building himself, completely sidelining President Murmu, is not only a grave insult but a direct assault on our democracy which demands a commensurate response."</p>
