<p>According to the research, Mumbai, India ranks 8th with a family safety score of 3.27/10. It has less than 10% of family-friendly hotels, over 10% of child-friendly restaurants and over 20% of child-friendly activities and attractions.</p>

<p>Despite being home to multiple UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the city is one of the least safe destinations to visit with kids.</p>

<p>The research also revealed that&nbsp;Zurich, Switzerland is the safest city for families to visit, with a family safety score of 7.81/10. It ranks third on its crime index and with an annual average temperature of 9.3 Celsius, running a little on the cooler side.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, the best holiday destinations according to&nbsp;The Family Vacation Guide for family-friendly accommodation are Orlando, FL, United States, Las Vegas, NV, United States, and Rome, Italy with 28.34% of Family-friendly Hotels.</p>

<p>The open letter stresses the fact that certain stigmatizing behaviours in fiction can result in real-life changes for the better. And, that&nbsp;Hollywood storytellers can make creative changes to alter how gun violence is portrayed on screen.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The open letter reads, "Like most of America, we are enraged by the recent mass shootings in Buffalo and Uvalde. Considering there have been over 250 other mass shootings so far this year, it’s an almost incomprehensible tragedy. Something needs to be done. Guns are prominently featured in TV and movies in every corner of the globe, but only America has a gun violence epidemic. The responsibility lies with lax gun laws supported by those politicians more afraid of losing power than saving lives."</p>

<p>Philip Baker Hall, the prolific character actor of film and theater who starred in Paul Thomas Anderson's first movies and who memorably hunted down a long-overdue library book in &nbsp;Seinfeld, &nbsp;has died. He was 90.</p>

<p>Holly Wolfle Hall, the actor's wife of nearly 40 years, on Monday said, "Hall died Sunday surrounded by loved ones in Glendale, California." She said Hall had been well until a few weeks earlier, and spent his final days in warm spirits, reflecting on his life.</p>

<p>His voice at the end was still just as powerful, &nbsp;said Wolfle Hall. Her husband, she added, never retired from acting.</p>

<p>In a career spanning half a century, Hall was a ubiquitous hangdog face whose doleful, weary appearance could shroud a booming intensity and humble sensitivity. His range was wide, but Hall, who had a natural gravitas, often played men in suits, trench coats and lab coats.</p>

<p>"Men who are highly stressed, older men, who are at the limit of their tolerance for suffering and stress and pain,"&nbsp;Hall told the Washington Post in 2017. "I had an affinity for playing those roles."</p>

<p>Born in Toledo, Ohio, Hall initially devoted himself more to theater in Los Angeles, after moving out in 1975, than TV and movies. While shooting bit parts in Hollywood (an episode of &nbsp;Good Times &nbsp;was one of his first gigs), Hall worked with the L.A. Actor Theatre.</p>

<p>There he played Richard Nixon in the one-act play &nbsp;Secret Honor, &nbsp;a role he reprised in Robert Altman's 1984 film adaptation. Critic Pauline Kael wrote that Hall &nbsp;draws on his lack of a star presence and on an actor's fears of his own mediocrity in a way that seems to parallel Nixon's feelings."</p>

<p>Hall made an impression in the smallest of roles in other films, like 1988's &nbsp;Midnight Run. But outside of theater, Hall was mostly doing guest roles in television. That changed when he was shooting a PBS program in 1992. Hall then encountered a production assistant in his early 20s named Paul Thomas Anderson. The two would hang out, smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee between scenes. Anderson, believing Hall hadn't gotten his due in film, asked him to look at a script he had written for a 20-minute short film titled &nbsp;Cigarettes &amp; Coffee.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I'm reading this script, and I truly had trouble believing that that kid wrote this script,"&nbsp;Hall told the AV Club in 2012.&nbsp;"I mean, it was just so brilliant, resonating with nuance all over the place, like a playwright. Certainly, as a film, I'd never really seen anything like it. It was staggering."</p>

<p>After the $20,000 short made it into the Sundance Film Festival, Anderson expanded it into his feature debut, 1997's &nbsp;Hard Eight, which catapulted Hall's career. In it, Hall played a wise and courteous itinerate gambler named Sydney who schools a young drifter (John C. Reilly) on the craft. In one indelible scene, Philip Seymour Hoffman's first with Anderson, a hot-shot gambler chides Hall as an old-timer.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I have a particular fascination with character actors, with wanting to turn them into lead actors," Anderson told The Los Angeles Times in 1998. "I see Philip Baker Hall, he's just . . . An actor that I love. There's no one else with a face like that, or a voice like that."</p>

<p>To many, Hall was instantly recognizable for one of the most powerfully funny guest appearances on &nbsp;Seinfeld. &nbsp;In the 22nd episode of the sitcom in 1991, Hall played Lt. Joe Bookman, the library investigator who comes after Seinfeld for a years-overdue copy of Tropic of Cancer.&nbsp;Hall played him like a hardboiled noir detective, telling Seinfeld: "Well, I got a flash for ya, Joy-boy: Party time is over."</p>

<p>Among Hall's many other credits were Michael Mann's &nbsp;The Insider, &nbsp;as &nbsp;60 Minutes producer Don Hewitt, and Lars von Trier's &nbsp;Dogville.&nbsp;Hall appeared in &nbsp;Say Anything, &nbsp; The Truman Show,&nbsp;The Talented Mr. Ripley, &nbsp; Zodiac, &nbsp; Argo &nbsp;and &nbsp;Rush Hour." Hall played the neighbour Walt Kleezak on &nbsp;Modern Family. His last performance was in the 2020 series &nbsp;Messiah.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Hall, who was married to Dianne Lewis for three years in the early 1970s, is survived by his wife, four daughters, four grandchildren and his brother.</p>

While shooting bit parts in Hollywood (an episode of Good Times was one of his first gigs), Hall worked with the L.A. Actor Theatre. There he played Richard Nixon in the one-act play Secret Honor, a role he reprised in Robert Altman's 1984 film adaptation. Critic Pauline Kael wrote that Hall draws on his lack of a star presence and on an actor's fears of his own mediocrity in a way that seems to parallel Nixon's feelings." Anderson, believing Hall hadn't gotten his due in film, asked him to look at a script he had written for a 20-minute short film titled Cigarettes & Coffee. "I'm reading this script, and I truly had trouble believing that that kid wrote this script," Hall told the AV Club in 2012. "I mean, it was just so brilliant, resonating with nuance all over the place, like a playwright. Certainly, as a film, I'd never really seen anything like it. It was staggering." After the $20,000 short made it into the Sundance Film Festival, Anderson expanded it into his feature debut, 1997's Hard Eight, which catapulted Hall's career. <p>American singer Justin Bieber's tour promoter has informed the fans that the singer's upcoming shows on the NYC tour at Madison Square Garden have been postponed due to his ongoing health issues. Bieber had shared a video on his Instagram handle a few days ago to talk about his&nbsp;Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis.</p>

<p>"Due to Justin`s ongoing medical situation, this week`s Justice Tour shows at Madison Square Garden in New York City will be postponed," the pop star`s tour promoter AEG Presents shared in a statement.</p>

<p>The statement further read, "Justin is receiving the best medical care possible and is determined to resume the tour as soon as he and the doctors feel he is able to continue. Details on the rescheduled MSG shows will be made public shortly."</p>

<p>The concerts were originally scheduled for Monday and Tuesday at the iconic New York City venue as part of his `Justice World Tour.` However, a week prior to the events, Bieber noticed symptoms of&nbsp;Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which left one side of his face paralyzed.</p>

The statement further read, "Justin is receiving the best medical care possible and is determined to resume the tour as soon as he and the doctors feel he is able to continue. Details on the rescheduled MSG shows will be made public shortly." <p>Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor's son and Shraddha Kapoor`s brother Siddhanth Kapoor, who is himself an actor and has worked in films like 'Haseena Parkar', 'Paltan', 'Hello Charlie, Bhoot - Part One: The Haunted Ship' and 'Chehre' among others,&nbsp;has now been released on station bail. He was arrested on Sunday night on suspicion of drug consumption.</p>

<p>Siddhanth&nbsp;will have to appear before the Police as and when called, said Bheema Shankar Gulled, DCP East Bengaluru. Four others who were detained by Bengaluru Police have also been released on station bail.</p>

<p>For those uninitiated, Siddhanth was detained by Bengaluru Police during a raid at a rave party on Sunday night. He had reached the venue to play for the crowd as a DJ.</p>

<p>According to a report by ANI, Bengaluru City Police`s Deputy Commissioner of Police (east) Bheemashankar S Guled said, "Siddhanth Kapoor`s medical shows he had consumed drugs. We have already arrested him and are following the procedure. We will be sending him to judicial custody."</p>

<p>"Last night we got info that a party is going on and they have consumed drugs. We raided and detained 35 people. We didn`t find any drugs on their person but found MDMA and ganja disposed of nearby. We will investigate CCTV to check who disposed of it," added DCP Guled.</p>

<p>"Hotel has been given notice, we have asked specific questions, they will have to answer. Bengaluru city police have declared war on drugs and this was part of it. Earlier in the month, we had conducted a raid, where 34 had tested positive for drugs," added DCP Guled.&nbsp;</p>
