Akshay Kumar and Samantha Prabhu graced the couch in this episode and we must say it was the perfect collaboration of Bollywood and Tollywood! <p>From discussing how he didn`t understand the term `nepotism` to admit that his wife`s humour is more evolved than his own, he covered it all on the show. When asked about certain film choices he made and how he ends up doing so much work, he was frank about his perspective and even went on to reveal that his film `Jaani Dushman` got him the money to buy his house.</p>

<p>He said, "You won`t believe it, today where I stay, I needed money to buy that place, and Jaani Dushman got me the money to buy my house".</p>

<p>Speaking about the film, he revealed when he came to Mumbai, he wanted to earn money and hence took up whatever film role came his way. He stated that his role in `Jaani Dushman` ended when the character died, but because he needed more money, he persuaded the director to bring his character back to life.</p>

<p>On the show, he even addressed trolls who call him "Canadian Kumar". During the episode when Karan asked Akshay if he gets trolled, the actor replied that he doesn`t go online much. He said, "At the most, they write about Canada. Which I don`t care." Karan then pointed out, "The trolls call you Canada Kumar." Akshay then replied, "Yeah Canada Kumar. Okay call me that."</p>

<p>Karan also asked Akshay if he gets trolled for doing films with younger actresses.</p>

<p>"They are jealous. Why shouldn`t I? I can work with them. Lagta hun kya 55 ka (Do I look 55)?" Akshay responded.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, on the work front, Akshay is busy promoting his film `Raksha Bandhan`, which is helmed by Aanand L Rai. The film is slated to release on August 11.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On Thursday, the cast and crew of the upcoming film 'Liger' reached Hyderabad to launch the Puri Jagannadh directorial's trailer. Later, another event was held in Mumbai to mark the trailer launch. Bollywood's heartthrob Ranveer Singh was also present at the event as a guest.</p>

<p>Ranveer Singh's bromance with Vijay Deverkonda and their fun banter grabbed headlines as videos and photos of the event started going viral across social media platforms. In one of the viral clips,&nbsp;Ranveer is seen pointing out that Vijay has decided to wear "chappals (slippers)" at his own trailer launch.</p>

<p>The 'Bajirao Mastani' actor also praised the 'Arjun Reddy' actor for his swag and style while addressing the media and the crowd. Vijay, during the entire conversation, can be seen feeling shy.&nbsp;</p>

And, according to the publication, his recent visit to the headquarters was in the context of the license.</p>

<p>The 'Dabangg' actor&nbsp;also met the Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Vishwas Nangre Patil there, as per reports.</p>

<p>Last month, Salman and his father Salim Khan received a letter threatening the father-son duo that they would meet the fate of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala soon. After the letter was reported to the police, his security got enhanced.</p>

If you are exercising, then you need a little more sleep".</p>

<p>The doctor further added, "Practising meditation and managing stress may help fend off the age-related decline in brain health. Stay positive. Be happy."</p>

Engage in stimulating conversations&nbsp;and stay&nbsp;in touch with your family and friends to maintain good brain health. Also, leading an active social life can protect you against memory loss.</p>

<p><strong>Tip 5 - Your brain, mind it </strong></p>

<p>Dr Shirish Hastak, Neurologist and Regional Director for Neurology, Stroke and Neurocritical Care at Global Hospital Parel, Mumbai, also spoke to WION on World Brain Day 2022. He shared, "Your brain is like a muscle, use it or lose it is the mantra that works. There is a concept called 'brain gym', which means that if you use it, you will not lose it. The health of your brain is determined by how you use it. When we talk about brain health, we're talking about your ability to use it in a variety of ways."</p>

<p>Mental exercise is just as critical as physical exercise in keeping your brain fit and healthy. Mental exercises may improve your brain’s functioning and promote new brain cell growth, decreasing your likelihood of developing brain disorders. Like your muscles, you have to use your brain regularly or you will find it difficult to use it properly.</p>

<p>It is never too late to learn something new that you might have dreamed of in childhood. So experts suggest that you start fresh, and learn new things.</p>

<p>While suggesting a few mental exercises, Dr Hastak said, "Try to learn a new language. Learn a new musical instrument to keep your brain fit and healthy. Drawing is also beneficial for your mental health. There's also a technique called brain mapping that can be of help to many."&nbsp;</p>

Adequate, timely and disciplined sleep is of paramount importance in cleansing our system and rejuvenating our cells. In this COVID era, where we have been forced to be confined to our homes, constant social support should be sought to dissipate our stress and to work hand in hand towards a healthy body and mind," said Dr Shah.</p>

He shared, "Your brain is like a muscle, use it or lose it is the mantra that works. There is a concept called 'brain gym', which means that if you use it, you will not lose it. The health of your brain is determined by how you use it. When we talk about brain health, we're talking about your ability to use it in a variety of ways." Mental exercise is just as critical as physical exercise in keeping your brain fit and healthy. Mental exercises may improve your brain’s functioning and promote new brain cell growth, decreasing your likelihood of developing brain disorders. Like your muscles, you have to use your brain regularly or you will find it difficult to use it properly. It is never too late to learn something new that you might have dreamed of in childhood. So experts suggest that you start fresh, and learn new things. While suggesting a few mental exercises, Dr Hastak said, "Try to learn a new language. <p>A 10-member jury led by director-producer Vipul Shah met Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur on Friday morning to submit its report on the 68th National Film Awards. The awards are set to be announced this evening in the national capital in a ceremony, which is being held after a gap of two years because of the COVID pandemic.</p>

<p>Speaking about the awards to ANI, Thakur said, “I want to congratulate all the jury members and all those people whose work was reviewed and would like to congratulate those recipients who will be awarded with the National Film Awards. A word of appreciation for everyone who has done an outstanding job.”</p>

<p>He added, “I am glad that this year&nbsp;we will be holding the 68 National Film Awards since we could not hold the awards for two years because of COVID.”</p>

<p>Apart from chairperson Shah, the jury members include cinematographer Dharam Gulati, National award-winning fame Bengali actor Sreelekha Mukherjee, cinematographer GS Bhaskar, A Karthikraaja, VN Aditya, Viji Thampi, Sanjeev Rattan, S Thangadurai and Nishigandha.</p>

<p>Sources say that more than 295 films reached the elimination stage and the jury has finally reviewed 66 films in the feature section.</p>

Jennifer Lopez gets back to work in LA a day after her Las Vegas wedding with Ben Affleck

<p>Fairytales do come true! As Jennifer Lopez embraced matrimony and became&nbsp;Ben Affleck's wife, fans couldn't stop gushing as they have one of the most adorable love stories of all time.&nbsp;On the day of her surprise wedding, she had two changes.</p>

<p>First, she wore a sleeveless textured&nbsp;gown by&nbsp;Alexander McQueen.&nbsp;The brand confirmed to PEOPLE that the gown was indeed from their label. The textured full-skirted dress featured a fitted bodice, floral jacquard detailing and a jewel neckline. At one point, it was retailed for $5,175 at Bergdorf Goodman.</p>

<p>JLo later changed into a high-fashion Zuhair Murad bridal gown. The white lace gown featured an off-the-shoulder design, long sleeves, a sweetheart neckline, corset bodice and fishtail train. She added a matching veil with lace trim to complete her look.</p>

<p>While talking about her simple wedding gown, JLo revealed in her newsletter, "I've had this dress for so many years, and I've just been saving it, saving it, saving it, and now I'm wearing it on my wedding day."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Her hairstylist Chris Appleton shared a video of the singer-actor where she is seen flaunting the beautiful dress for the lens. The caption read, "Last minute feelings before the wedding."</p>

Calling her the "Jewel of July", he penned a love-filled note for his wifey dearest.</p>
