<p>In an interview with BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs, Moss recalled breaking into tears after photographers pressured her to go topless. At the young age of 15, she even had to flee a photoshoot as she was asked to remove her bra.</p>

<p>"I had a horrible experience for a bra catalogue,"&nbsp;she told the BBC Radio 4 programme. "I was only 15 probably and he said, 'Take your top off', and I took my top off. And I was really shy then about my body. And then he said, 'Take your bra off', and I could feel there was something wrong so I got my stuff and I ran away. I think it sharpened my instincts. I can tell a wrong ’un a mile away," she added.</p>

<p>Kate&nbsp;started working with Storm modelling agency in 1988 at the age of 14. Being a hardworking person, she would sometimes finish up to eight modelling assignments a day.</p>

<p>During the radio show, she also talked about the 1990 shoot that made her famous, however, she&nbsp;admitted&nbsp;that revisiting the memory remains "painful".</p>

<p>Hollywood star Johnny Depp has launched his own countermove, just a day after his ex-wife Amber Heard gave formal notice of intent to appeal the verdict in the `Pirates of the Caribbean` actor`s defamation trial against her.</p>

<p>According to Deadline, in the paperwork filed in Fairfax County, Depp has put his legal players on the board. He has appealed the USD 2m defamation award a jury in Virginia handed to his ex-wife Amber Heard at their trial last month.</p>

<p>"Plaintiff and Counterclaim-Defendant John C. Depp, II, by counsel, hereby appeals to the Court of Appeals of Virginia from all adverse rulings and from the final judgment order of this Circuit Court entered on June 24, 2022," said the four-page notice of appeal.</p>

<p>A legal tactic right now, Depp`s appeal is as much in pure response to Heard`s appeal of July 21 as it is an effort to try to claw back the USD 2 million award that the Virginia jury gave Heard in her USD 100 million countersuit against Depp and his 2019 USD 50 million complaint, as per Deadline.</p>

<p>Heard`s lawyers had announced they would appeal immediately after the jury found on June 1 that she had defamed Depp by publishing an op-ed in the Washington Post in which she described herself as a "public figure representing domestic abuse."</p>

<p>The jury held that the statement was false and was made with "actual malice." They awarded Depp USD 15 million in damages but Heard had to pay USD 10.35 million due to a Virginia law limiting punitive damages (the judge reduced the amount). In her countersuit, Heard won one of the three defamation counts and was awarded USD 2 million in damages.</p>

<p>Heard`s lawyers had previously asked Judge Penney Azcarate to set aside the verdict for several reasons, including the allegation that one of the jurors showed up to the trial despite never receiving a summons, reported Variety. That request had been denied by the judge.&nbsp;</p>

Since they had agreed not to sell their interests in the company and Angelina went on to sell her share of the French estate to liquor giant Stoli after her separation with the actor, Brad sued her. Now, as per Page Six, Angelina’s legal team has subpoenaed documents from Brad as well as his company and his business manager on July 22.</p>

<p>Despite the actor's legal team fighting tooth and nail to have the courts deny Angelina’s request for any papers and correspondence, a LA judge said that Brad and his partners must turn over all the documents to Angelina’s team.</p>

<p>Even if Brad wished to appeal, the judge stated that they cannot wait until that appeal decision is out. The Page Six report also claimed that Brad had turned down an offer to sell the French estate to the Stoli Group even when he was married to Angelina.</p>

<p>Sources close to the actress' business operation told the publication that Brad is just letting his anger get in the way of common business sense. "Any rational human being would be happy for Stoli to [be a partner in their business. They have top-notch marketing and distribution,” the sources said. “He just can’t see past his hatred of Jolie.”</p>
