<p>In a video shared on Twitter, he spoke about his association with the ongoing COP27, the 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference, in Egypt and asked other actors to make a similar move to raise awareness about the changing climate and its adverse effects.</p>

<p>In the video, he said, “What happens in the Arctic doesn’t stay in the Arctic. As the polar caps melt, it drives up risks throughout the world, including extreme weather events that affect all of us. So as a cheap little stunt to help save planet Earth, I’ve changed my name on Twitter, Instagram and even on my fancy writing paper (Acid Rainn Kills Trees Wilson) because I am an Arctic risk name changer which is going to be a game changer."</p>

However, sadly, the actor isn't planning to star in the third and final instalment of 'Hera Pheri' and instead of Kumar, Kartik Aaryan will play the titular role.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On Saturday, Kumar confirmed his exit from 'Hera Pheri'&nbsp;franchise and cited creative differences as the reason for not signing the third instalment.&nbsp;He said that the franchise has been a huge part of his life and journey in Bollywood and he is extremely sad&nbsp;about not being able to contribute to the upcoming instalment.</p>

<p>Speaking at HT Leadership Summit, Kumar said, "‘Hera Pheri’ has been a part of me. A lot of people have memories and even I have good memories of it. But I feel sad that we haven’t made the third part for so many years. The film was offered to me but I was not satisfied with the screenplay and the script. I was not happy with it."</p>

<p>"I have to do what people want to see. So I backed out. For me, ‘Hera Pheri’ is a part of life, my journey in a huge way. I’m equally sad about it and that I’m not able to do the third part. But I’m not happy with the way things have shaped up creatively," Kumar added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kumar shared screen space with veteran actors Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty in the original 2000 film 'Hera Pheri', which went on to achieve the status of a cult comedy film. In 2006, we got a sequel to the film as 'Phir Hera Pheri', which was equally successful and made great numbers at the BO.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The third part of the franchise has been in the works for quite some time now. Earlier this week, Rawal confirmed that the film will soon go into production with Kartik Aaryan playing the role of Raju.</p>

<p>On Friday, Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin filed a negligence lawsuit against the armourer and three crew members of 'Rust' over the shocking&nbsp;killing of&nbsp;cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the Western film.</p>

<p>Filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court,&nbsp;Baldwin's suit is a photo and email-heavy cross-complaint for negligence and indemnification that names<em>&nbsp;</em>armourer Hannah Gutierrez Reed,&nbsp;first assistant director David Halls, property master&nbsp;Sarah Zachry, and weapons &amp; rounds supplier Seth Kenney and his company as defendants.</p>

<p>All four were also named as defendants along with Baldwin in the original lawsuit filed by a script supervisor who claimed the shooting caused her severe emotional distress.</p>

<p>Several other litigations have stemmed&nbsp;from the tragedy that occurred on the sets of 'Rust' on October&nbsp;21, 2021, which is also under criminal investigation and could result in New Mexico state charges.</p>

<p>Attorneys for Gutierrez-Reed, Halls and Kenney have not yet&nbsp;responded to requests for statements in their clients' defence.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Baldwin's cross-complaint&nbsp;seeks damages, which are to be determined at trial, for the "immense grief" he endured due to the incident and the losses he faced.&nbsp;The suit was filed by Luke Nikas, an attorney for Baldwin who works with the firm Quinn Emanuel.</p>

<p>For the uninitiated, Hutchins was killed when a revolver assigned to Baldwin for rehearsal&nbsp;fired a live round that hit her and movie director Joel Souza during the 'Rust' film shooting in New Mexico.</p>

<p>In an interview, Baldwin maintained that he did not pull the trigger of the Colt .45 revolver and it fired after he cocked it. Meanwhile, an FBI forensic test of the single-action revolver found that it "functioned normally" and would not fire without the trigger being pulled.</p>
