<p>Most polls put Labour, which gathers in northern England this weekend for its annual conference, about 20 points ahead of Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's governing Conservatives, although commentators say the lead is potentially fragile.</p>

<p>The Survation poll, carried out for campaign group 38 Degrees and published by the Observer newspaper, questioned more than 11,000 voters between Sept. 11-25 and then used a model to generate constituency-by-constituency results.</p>

To facilitate its journey back to Earth from the lunar surface, the lunar freezer must be compatible with various vehicles, facilities, and spacecraft used by Artemis astronauts. There are also specifications in terms of size, weight, and temperature. The internal volume of the lunar freezer should be a minimum of 10x10x26 inches (25x25x66 centimeters), with the entire system weighing less than 121 pounds (55 kilograms). The source&nbsp;asserted that Washington had leveraged Moscow's prior expulsion of two US diplomats, who were allegedly "caught red-handed engaging in spying activities", as a pretext for their own retaliatory action.</p>

<p>The high-level proposal, along with its proposed timeline for negotiation and implementation, is a step toward crafting a treaty in the future.&nbsp;But there has been disappointment in what has been achieved so far. Campaign to Stop Killer Robots, a coalition of non-governmental organisations, is seeking to ban these 'killer robots'.</p>

<p>"Machines should not be allowed to make life and death decisions. There have been 10 years of international discussions on killer robots without concrete outcomes. This October, that could all change. At the United Nations General Assembly, there will be a vote on a resolution – a first step towards new international law," the coalition said.&nbsp;</p>
