Five bodies have been recovered from debris after a landslide swept at least three houses in Kushma Municipality-3 of Parbat district in Western Nepal.

However, three people are missing since the landslide which was triggered by incessant rainfall since Saturday, a local official confirmed.

"Five bodies have been recovered from the debris, they are from the same family. However, three others are still missing since the landslide which swept the houses at around 9 pm yesterday. Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and Nepal Army scorched debris till 2 am today and again have continued the search and rescue this morning," Tej Prasad Padhyay, Ward Chief of Durlung told ANI over the phone.

A newly constructed road near the settlement is suspected to have triggered the landslide.

"The newly constructed road is nearly a kilometre above the settlement. Heavy rainfall might have swept loosened soil through the settlement. Our team will conduct a study on the matter too," Regmi added.

Sri Lanka conducts second mock poll; election commission satisfied with preparations

A old man died onboard Air India's Loagos-Mumbai AI 1906 flight, that was a part of the ongoing Vande Bharat Mission.

The man was 42 years old and travelling from Lagos to Mumbai on Sunday, when the incident happened. He suddenly&nbsp;collapsed and died due to natural causes, reported Air India.

"A doctor onboard along with our crew, trained to handle such medical emergencies, made a valiant attempt to revive the passenger, aged 42, who had suddenly collapsed, through resuscitation etc but all their efforts went in vain," the airline's spokesperson said.

Air India's flight AI 1906 departed from Lagos in Nigeria at 7 pm Indian Standard Time on Saturday and landed in Mumbai at 3.45 am on Sunday.

After the onboard doctor&nbsp;declared him dead, the body of the deceased was examined by a team of doctors after landing at the Mumbai Airport. The body was then sent to a hospital, as per the protocol.

Relatives of the deceased were informed. Due to the tough times, the aircraft was also fumigated completely, as per the norms.

The doctors have confirmed that the death was due to natural causes.

"A doctor onboard along with our crew, trained to handle such medical emergencies, made a valiant attempt to revive the passenger, aged 42, who had suddenly collapsed, through resuscitation etc but all their efforts went in vain," the airline's spokesperson said. After the onboard doctor declared him dead, the body of the deceased was examined by a team of doctors after landing at the Mumbai Airport. The body was then sent to a hospital, as per the protocol. Relatives of the deceased were informed. Due to the tough times, the aircraft was also fumigated completely, as per the norms. The doctors have confirmed that the death was due to natural causes. Talking about the economic slowdown of the country, he said, "We have always known that was going to happen, but now the numbers are starting to show that."

As per the latest reports, UK's economy shrank by a quarter over March and April. However, Sunak believes that the slowdown will prove out to be temporary, and the reopening of retail sector this week will help revive the economy.

If the distance is reduced from two metre, it will allow&nbsp;three quarters of pubs to reopen, rather than about one third.

The country has seen a decline in the number of cases, following which the government has reopened the economy in phases.

He also said the&nbsp; government is looking for options against the two-week quarantine rule for all visitors, and may come up with an alternate to the rule that was met with criticism from the aviation industry.

"We all want to see travel open again, of course we do, and like everything else we want to make sure we have the right measures at the right time informed by the science and everything else that we have to consider," Sunak said in an interview with a news channel.

"We are looking at all options to ensure that that is possible and people have got suggestions about how we might be able to open up some travel corridors over time and so the transport secretary is actively looking at all of those options," he continued.

The Delhi government on Saturday restored Sir Ganga Ram Hospital's COVID-19 testing facility.

We have now been authorised to use RT-PCR App. With this, the hospital can start doing COVID-19 testing for patients as per government guidelines," a release by the Chairman, Board of Management of the hospital read.

Through the letter, the Chairman also thanked the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Health Minister Satyendra Jain for their 'intervention'.

Earlier, the hospital had approached the Delhi High Court seeking the quashing of an FIR filed against the hospital by Delhi Police on the complaint of Delhi government for allegedly violating COVID-19 norms.

A senior official of the Delhi government's health department had lodged a complaint against the Medical Superintendent of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for not using the RT-PCR app for testing data and violating the Epidemic Disease COVID-19 Regulation, 2020.

The FIR was filed against the medical superintendent of the hospital under Section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for allegedly violating directions issued under Epidemic Disease COVID-19, Regulation 2020.

In a bid to scan passengers for COVID-19 symptoms and to ensure contactless entry, body screening facility, 'FebriEye thermal cameras' have been set up at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai.

According to an official release, FebriEye is an Artificial Intelligence-based thermal screening system for real-time and automated, non-intrusive monitoring to ensure that a person entering does not have a high fever.

Shivaji Sutar, Chief Public Relations Officer, Central Railway said that FebriEye thermal cameras can cover large areas which means it can detect the temperature of multiple people entering at once at a premise and record temperature automatically while passengers keep on moving.
