<p>The organizers divided the mass into five service and three batches.&nbsp;The first batch was of people coming on&nbsp;two-wheeler&nbsp;at 7 am and 5 pm, the second batch was for cars commuters from 9 am to 7 pm and the third batch was for people who took public transport or walked to the church at 11 am.</p>

<p>"It is not a must in these pandemic times for all the people to come into the church. For, those in vehicles performed the prayers from inside their vehicles, those who came without vehicles went into the main building and those who could not make it to the mass attended it online," pastor Dani Kuruvilla&nbsp;told a news agency.</p>

<p>The officials also made it compulsory for the attendees to wear masks, and the people who entered the building were urge to maintain safe distance. All the common points where there were chances of people passing on infections were disabled.</p>

<p>The church also asked all elders and young children to stay at home and attend the digital service.</p>

<p>While this was the church's first trial at such an arrangement, the management and the worshipers were happy with the smooth functioning of the Sunday mass.</p>

<p>Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on Sunday directed that bodies of suspected COVID-19 cases in Delhi be handed over to relatives immediately without waiting for lab confirmation.</p>

<p>"In compliance with orders of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Health Ministry directs that bodies of suspected COVID-19 cases in Delhi be handed over to relatives immediately without waiting for lab confirmation," the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) said.</p>

<p>The minister said that a comprehensive health survey of every person would be conducted in the containment zones of the national capital to check the spread of coronavirus.</p>

<p>"To be able to do contact mapping well in Delhi's containment zones, a comprehensive health survey of every person will be done from house to house. The report will come in one week. Aarogya Setu app will be downloaded in every person's mobile," Shah tweeted.</p>

<p>"Testing for the infection will be doubled in the next two days in the capital and tripled in six days," he added.The Union Minister also said that a committee would be set up for 60 per cent beds in private hospitals at a lower rate for coronavirus patients.</p>

<p>"For the treatment of patients in private hospitals in the capital, a committee has been formed under the leadership of Dr Paul to provide 60 per cent of the beds in these hospitals at a low rate, to fix treatment and COVID-19 testing which will submit its report by tomorrow," Shah said.</p>

<p>"In a bid to provide correct information and guidelines for COVID-19 to small hospitals in Delhi, the Central government has decided to constitute a committee of senior doctors for telephonic guidance in AIIMS. The helpline number will be released tomorrow," he added.</p>

<p>The former diplomat believes that the Army's support was considered as the mainstay, critical together for a government that relies on several smaller coalition partners who are believed to be puppet on the Establishment's chain to stay afloat.</p>

<p>He said, "Developments as such are not new. One can find similarities now and the previous governments when powers that be took over gradually with subtle moves. It must be remembered that the military has always been Pakistan's most powerful institution and has directly ruled the country for most of the part of its seventy years independent existence."</p>
