An initial amount of 20 million US Dollars will be paid out to both white and black farmers who lost farmland during the era of the late President Robert Mugabe. According to Zimbabwe's finance minister, the payments are part of a series of measures to restore the once-thriving farming sector and help launch a long-promised economic revival.
