World Business Watch: General Motors recalling nearly 69,000 Bolt EVs for fire risks

General Motors is planning a recall of nearly 69,000 Chevrolet Bolt Electric Vehicles citing risk of fire and replacing cars battery module assemblies also. GM said that the vehicles pose a fire risk when charged to full, or nearly full capacity.
