As the India-China border situation remains tense, the focus is now in Moscow. The foreign ministers of nations that are members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) are meeting in Moscow. External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar will be attending the SCO meet.
