US Securities commission to challenge Ripple in court

Weeks after the US Tech firm Ripple labs got a major legal relief in a cryptocurrency case, the securities and exchange commission is set to appeal against the decision. The sec is likely to seek a review of the July 13 decision in a federal appeals court.
