UAE approached to invest in UK's key nuclear power plant

It has revealed that an investor from the United Arab Emirates has been approached to participate in the Suffolk nuclear power plant project, Sizewell C. With deteriorating Anglo-Sino relations and security worries over UK infrastructure last year, ministers are looking for new investors for the project, which may cost between £20 billion and £44 billion. The Chinese state-owned CGN was removed from the project.
