One of Tokyo's busiest nightlife districts Shibuya has cancelled events for Halloween and imposed a new public drinking ban. This comes after the District attracted Rowdy party goers on festivals like Halloween and New Year. The authorities previously had implemented public drinking bans in a bit to curb public drinking at the iconic Shibuya Crossing and surrounding areas.
