The Prime Minister faces a possibility of ouster by the country's constitutional court. Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin is facing charges of breaching the Constitution over a cabinet appointment. The complaint was launched against Srettha Thavisin by the 40 military appointment senators and the Constitutional Court of Thailand is set to give its verdict on the 14th of August.
