Sudan Crisis: Another ceasefire fails after hospital shelled
The army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces in Sudan have repeatedly broken another cease-fire. Given the generals' lack of desire to talk, the humanitarian situation is rapidly getting worse. As foreign governments move forward with the evacuation of their citizens, civilians continue to escape the capital Khartoum and other conflict areas.
