South Africa Barred From G20 Finance Summit Amid US Accreditation Dispute

South Africa has been effectively barred from attending the G20 finance ministers’ meeting in Washington, after the United States refused to accredit its delegation. Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana confirmed that South Africa will not participate, saying officials were denied access to the finance track discussions.
