Tesla recently recalled over 2 million Vehicles across its model lineup to fix a defective Software System. That's nearly all the Tesla vehicles sold in the US till now. It's alleged that Elon Musk and Tesla Executives knew about Tesla's faulty Parts but blamed Tesla customers instead.
