Reports: India plans Dam to offset Chinese Dam upstream on Brahmaputra
Just a couple of days after Chinese media reported on country's intention to construct Dam on Brahmaputra river in the Tibet region, India has now said that it is considering a plan of it's own to build a hydropower project in Arunachal Pradesh.
