Putin confirms meeting with PM Modi, pledges more fertiliser for India
Russian President Vladimir Putin has confirmed that he expects to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Bishkek. During a meeting with External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar in Moscow, Putin also praised Modi’s role in strengthening India-Russia ties and offered to increase uninterrupted fertiliser supplies to support Indian farmers
