Puerto Rican boxer Prichard Colon dies at the age of 33
The boxing world is mourning the loss of Prichard Colón, the once-rising Puerto Rican prospect who died at 33, nearly 11 years after a brutal brain injury left him in a persistent vegetative state. Colón, who held a perfect 16-0 record, suffered the injury during a 2015 bout against Terrel Williams after repeated illegal blows to the back of his head.
