Penpa Tsering elected new president of Tibetan government-in-exile
Penpa Tsering, has been elected Sikyong or President of the Tibetan government-in-exile based out of Dharamshala. While speaking to WION Penpa Tsering said that he will fulfil the aspirations of the electorate in all matters including resolving the Sino Tibet conflict.
