Following last month's election, which resulted in a hung parliament, former Maoist leader Pushpa Kamal Dahal, often known as "Prachanda," who spearheaded a decade-long uprising against Nepal's monarchy, was named prime minister for a third time in an alliance with the main opposition from which he has walked off, breaking the coalition, in recent news.
