Nepal Anti-Graft Commission To Be Chaired By Ex-Supreme Court Justice

Nepal has announced the formation of a new five-member anti-corruption commission aimed at strengthening accountability and tackling graft cases across the country. The body will be chaired by a former Supreme Court justice and is expected to investigate domestic corruption as well as track illicit assets held abroad. Officials say the commission may also coordinate with Interpol to trace foreign-linked financial crimes, marking a major step in Nepal’s governance reform efforts.
