Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) saw a significant rise in its share price following the announcement of a major defense contract. The Ministry of Defence (MoD) signed an agreement with HAL for the procurement of 12 Sukhoi Su-30 MKI fighter aircraft along with associated equipment.
