Kenya's aviation workers have called off a strike that disrupted flights at its main international and other airports. The strike came as Kenya Airways reported a first-half pretax loss of 15.92 billion Kenyan shillings ($123.08 million) weighed down by higher operating costs, including a sharp rise in fuel prices, despite revenue growth and improved passenger load factors.
