Authorities in Srinagar have issued an urgent suspension of all Shikara and boating services on Dal Lake as severe weather grips the Kashmir Valley. The Meteorological Centre in Srinagar has forecast a persistent wet spell across Jammu and Kashmir, with intense thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds expected to continue through June 22.
