The Jammu and Kashmir Police's State Investigation Agency (SIA) has launched a massive crackdown, conducting coordinated raids across multiple locations in connection with the tragic 1990 double murder of prominent Kashmiri Pandit writer Sarwanand Koul Premi and his son, Virender Koul.
The father-son duo were abducted from their home in Kokernag, Anantnag, during the peak of early militancy in the Valley.
