Hyderabad Building Collapse: Two Dead, One Injured | Illegal Construction Under Scanner

A seven-storey under-construction building collapsed in Anjaya Nagar near Madhapur Circle in Hyderabad, reportedly killing two workers and injuring one person. The collapse also damaged an adjacent apartment building.
The incident has raised serious questions over alleged illegal construction and encroachment. Authorities reportedly say a complaint had been received months earlier and construction work had been halted, but work allegedly resumed shortly before the collapse.
Teams from HYDRA, NDRF, fire services and Cyber Police have reached the site with heavy machinery to clear the debris and check for anyone trapped underneath.
