Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that his troops are ready to use nuclear weapon should the existence of Russia come under threat. Speaking to the Russian State Television, Putin said Russia's nuclear triad is more modern than the American triad, adding that Russian troops are constantly in the state of combat readiness.
