Explosions rock Afghanistan, ISIS claims responsibility for three attacks that killed 16

A series of explosions rattled Afghanistan on Wednesday, four bombs ripped through minibuses and mosque in the country, three of which targeted a minivan in the country's northern area while the fourth blast took place inside a mosque in Afghanistan's capital Kabul according to officials the death count has now risen to 16.
