Donald Trump picks Pence to head coronavirus response team

The US President Donald Trump placed Vice President Mike Pence in charge of the U.S. response to the looming global health crisis. Nearly three months after the spread of coronavirus, the reported cases of the coronavirus has now spiked to over 81,000 worldwide. New cases in China are declining while the rest of the world is reeling under the outbreak.
