China, Pak begin first joint army training exercise in Xinjiang
China and Pakistan have launched their first joint army training exercise, Karakoram 2026, at a training base in Korla, Xinjiang. Beginning October 14, the drills bring the two militaries together for high-altitude training, highlighting their growing defence cooperation and military coordination.
