With just a week to go for the upcoming Beijing Olympics, Chinese authorities have now stepped up measures to curb any possible virus flare-ups that can create problems during the winter event. In the latest, authorities have now locked down an area neighboring the capital city of Beijing this week following a handful of reported covid cases.
