Blinken: Biden to meet Putin anytime to prevent war in Ukraine

The American secretary of state Antony Blinken has now said that President Joe Biden is willing to meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin at any time to prevent a war in Ukraine. It's also added that Russia appears to be on the verge of invading its neighbor.
