Beijing & Manila accuse each other of provocation
Chinese and Philippine coast guard vessels collided in the disputed South China sea on the 5th of March. At least four Filipino crew members were injured in this latest high seas confrontation which occurred in waters around Second Thomas shoal in the Spratly islands, where both the nations have competing territorial claims.
