Afghanistan's Ghani says relationship with Trump is 'excellent'

Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani described his relationship with U.S. President Donald Trump as "excellent" during a speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 22. Ghani said he is one of the few leaders that has such a relationship with Trump, who he said engages in "disruptive change".
